Bydd Uwch Reolwr y Rhaglen yn cynorthwyo Cyfarwyddwr y Rhaglen i gyflawni Rhaglen Rhwydwaith Gwybodaeth Labordai Cymru (LINC). Mae LINC yn tanategu’r Datganiad o Fwriad ar gyfer Patholeg, sydd wedi’i fwriadu i ddarparu gwasanaeth Patholeg cynaliadwy, modern i Gymru. Bydd gan Uwch Reolwr y Rhaglen gyfrifoldeb penodol am reoli ffrwd brosiectau’r Gwasanaethau LIMS, gan gynnwys caffael gwasanaeth LIMS newydd ar gyfer Gwasanaethau Gwyddorau Gwaed, Trallwyso Gwaed, Patholeg Gellog, Microbioleg a Sgrinio a rhoi’r rhain ar waith ledled Cymru gan gwmpasu 20 o labordai a mwy na 2,000 o staff.

Bydd deiliad y swydd yn ymarferydd PRINCE2 ac MSP cymwysedig ac yn meddu ar brofiad o reoli rhaglenni a phrosiectau cymhleth. Byddant yn meddu ar sgiliau personol, rhyngbersonol a dadansoddi ardderchog, yn gallu ymgysylltu â rhanddeiliaid ar bob lefel ar draws y gwasanaeth Patholeg, Gwasanaeth Gwybodeg GIG Cymru a Llywodraeth Cymru.

Mae’r swydd hon ar gael ar gontract cyfnod penodol am dair blynedd neu ar secondiad. Sylwer y byddai’n ofynnol i chi gael sêl bendith eich rheolwr llinell cyn ymgeisio am y swydd hon i’ch rhyddhau ar gyfer secondiad. Mae’r swydd ar gael ar sail lawn-amser ond bydd ystyriaeth yn cael ei rhoi i weithio’n rhan-amser.

LABORATORY INFORMATION NETWORK CYMRU PROGRAMME (LINC)

THIS POST IS FIXED TERM/SECONDMENT FOR THREE YEARS TO SUPPORT THE LINC PROGRAMME

The Senior Programme Manager will support the Programme Director in the delivery of the Laboratory Information Network Cymru Programme (LINC). LINC underpins the Pathology Statement of Intent, which aims to deliver a modern, sustainable Pathology service for Wales. The Senior Programme Manager will have specific responsibility for managing the LIMS Service projects stream, including the procurement and implementation of a new LIMS service for Blood Sciences, Blood Transfusion, Cellular Pathology, Microbiology and Screening Services across Wales covering 20 laboratories and more than 2,000 staff

The post holder will be qualified PRINCE2 and MSP practitioner and have experience of managing both programmes and complex projects. They will have excellent personal, interpersonal and analytical skills, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels across the Pathology service, NHS Wales Informatics Service and Welsh Government.

This post is available as a three year fixed term contract or on secondment. Please note that you would require approval from your line manager prior to applying for this post to release you for secondment. The post is available full time but part-time will be considered. The base is River House.
