Welsh Speaking Screening Administrator / Receptionist Band 3     £18,813 - £20,795


An opportunity has arisen for a full Time Screening Administrator/ Receptionist to join the Administration team based at our screening centre in Llantrisant.

The successful candidate will be required to work as part of the team responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of the Bowel Screening Programme and the Cervical Screening Programme in Wales. They will be responsible for providing front of house reception cover as well as administrative support to both programmes.

This is a busy and varied role, which requires the ability to deal with a wide range of stakeholders, tasks and deadlines. There is a requirement to organise, prioritise and plan your workload in order to achieve your objectives. Team working is essential for this role along with excellent telephone skills and a high level of accuracy when entering participant pathway information and data.

If you have the relevant experience and are self-motivated, with the ability to juggle and prioritise a range of tasks then we would love to hear from you.

The ability to speak Welsh is essential for this role.
