An opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and experienced individual, to provide higher level administration support to the Screening Pathway Programme Manager, and secretarial support to regional managers based at Breast Test Wales, Swansea.
The post holder must be capable of providing an efficient and comprehensive administrative and secretarial service, have excellent organisational skills, the ability to work under pressure, prioritise workloads and work to deadlines. Attention to detail and a high level of literacy are essential to this role as is a high level of communication skills, both written and verbal.
The main duties include document controlling and updating of Programme Quality Manual and standard operating procedures, upkeep of diaries, arranging meetings and minute taking.
The post-holder will need to have the ability to liaise with staff at all levels and work effectively as part of a team. A working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required. This is a busy role and the post holder will need to have a flexible approach to work and be able to use their own initiative.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
